MyClaw.ai Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Service.

MyClaw.ai provides managed, cloud-based infrastructure and tools for running OpenClaw and related AI-powered systems (the "Service").

We do not control and are not responsible for how users configure or use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age in your jurisdiction, to use the Service.

If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.

• You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality and all activities under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of unauthorized access.
• We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

• Fees are charged as described at checkout.
• Subscriptions may renew automatically.
• Payments are processed by third-party providers.
• Fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Generate illegal, harmful, or abusive content.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service.
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data.
• Distribute spam or malicious code.
• Generate or distribute content that violates intellectual property rights.
• Conduct automated abuse, scraping, or denial-of-service attacks.
• Impersonate individuals or organizations.
• Deploy autonomous agents that interact with third-party services without authorization.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

Your usage must remain within your plan limits. We may throttle or suspend usage if limits are exceeded.

The Service and all related content are owned by MyClaw.ai or its licensors.

You retain ownership of your content. By using the Service, you grant MyClaw.ai a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, process, transmit, and display your content solely for the purpose of operating, maintaining, and improving the Service.

You are solely responsible for the legality, reliability, and appropriateness of any content, prompts, data, or materials you submit to or process through the Service.

We respect intellectual property rights.

If you believe content infringes your copyright, you may submit a notice including:

• Identification of the copyrighted work.
• Identification of the allegedly infringing material.
• Your contact information.
• A good-faith statement of unauthorized use.

DMCA notices should be sent in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. In accordance with the DMCA, MyClaw.ai has designated an agent to receive copyright infringement notices. Notices should include the information required under 17 U.S.C. 512 and be sent to contact@myclaw.ai.

If you believe content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification in accordance with the DMCA.

The Service may integrate with third-party providers such as payment processors, cloud providers, and AI model providers.

Your use of such services is subject to their own terms and policies.

We are not responsible for third-party services.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Downtime may occur due to maintenance or external factors.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

We are not liable for indirect damages, loss of data, or AI-generated outputs. Total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months or $100, whichever is greater.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MyClaw.ai from claims arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access for violations.

You may stop using the Service at any time.

Upon termination of your account, we may delete or anonymize associated data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

You agree to comply with all applicable export control and sanctions laws, including those of the United States. You may not use the Service if you are located in a country subject to U.S. embargo or if you are listed on any U.S. government restricted party list.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Wilmington, Delaware, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
